2. Products & Services

  • Saulty Snail Mail provides printed cards, stationery, and other goods (“Products”).

  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations in colour, finish, or size may occur.

  • Products are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

  • We accept major payment methods as listed at checkout.

  • Saulty Snail Mail reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment issues arise, stock is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect misuse.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for delays, lost items, or damages caused by postal carriers, though we’ll always try to help resolve issues.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once we deliver your order to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve it (replacement or refund, at our discretion).

6. Intellectual Property

  • Copyright: All content made available through Saulty Snail Mail, including our greeting card designs, illustrations, artwork, written copy, card messages, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, website content, layouts and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to Saulty Snail Mail and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

    Unless expressly permitted by us in writing, Saulty Snail Mail content may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, modified, republished, uploaded, displayed, distributed, sold, licensed or otherwise used for commercial purposes.

    Purchasing a Saulty Snail Mail product gives you ownership of that physical product for personal use. It does not transfer or grant any intellectual property rights in the artwork, illustrations, written content, design or other creative material appearing on that product.

    You must not reproduce our cards, artwork, illustrations or other creative material for resale, manufacture products incorporating our creative material, create digital reproductions for commercial use, or use our content to develop or promote competing products without our prior written permission.

    Saulty Snail Mail reserves all rights in its intellectual property and may take action where our intellectual property is used without permission.

    "Saulty Snail Mail" and associated Saulty Snail Mail branding may include registered or unregistered trade marks. Nothing in these Terms grants you permission to use our trade marks, business name, branding or logos without our prior written consent.

  • Trademark: The Saulty Snail Mail logo is a registered trade mark in Australia (Trade Mark No. 2575094). Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use, reproduce or imitate our registered trade mark without our prior written consent. Other names, branding, graphics and identifiers used by Saulty Snail Mail may also be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saulty Snail Mail will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
